A. Pride in intelligence, judgmentalism of the girl

B. Male/female dynamics and attraction, purity

C. Recognizing that all men are made in the image and likeness of God

D. Vocal prayer, mental prayer, Eucharistic Adoration

E. Recognizing the Real Presence in the Eucharist, and the presence of God in others

 

Themes in The Enduring Chill

A. Parent/child dynamics, ungratefulness

B. Northern/Southern lifestyle divide and Northern Colleges

C. Worldly/sophisticated priests vs true pastors of souls

D. Segregation and racism

E. Illness as an opportunity for conversion and grace
